Metroview Center - Washington, DCMETROVENTURES was retained by the investor group, Metroview Associates, LLC, to provide a comprehensive feasibility analysis for a proposed eight-story, 100,000-square-foot office building in downtown Washington, DC. METROVENTURES' activities encompassed conducting market research, providing design programming, developing a conceptual design, planning a leasing strategy, developing budgets, and conducting an investment analysis for the $25 million office building. Additionally, METROVENTURES conducted land lease discussions on behalf of the investor group as well as equity/debt negotiations with several financial institutions. The assignment was completed in an expedited 90-day schedule.
